The ".st4" extension is used by version 4 of SuperCard but was replaced by the .ST45 extension, which represents version 4.5 of SuperCard. The full version of SuperCard 4 uses the .SC4 extension and the full version of SuperCard 4.5 uses the .SC45 extension. The ".st45" and ".sc45" extensions are used by later versions of SuperCard, as well.
