SRF file open in Rational Acoustics Smaart v8 Spectrum measurements allow users to analyze one or more input channels. The measurements are displayed as a graph in real-time. These graphs can be captured by selecting Capture or Capture All in the Data bar in the "Spectrum" view. Captured spectrum measurements are saved in the SRF file. For Windows installations, SRF files are typically stored in the skins directory within the Cubase application installation directory. For Mac OS X, they are commonly found in the Contents/Resources directory of the application bundle. SRF files are saved in a proprietary format and often have the name skin.srf.
