Rules files are often used for automatically deleting SPAM messages, and they also commonly used for organizing incoming email into different folders. For example, a user could specify that all email having an unrecognized sender could be filed to an "unknown" email inbox. RWZ files are maintained automatically by Outlook. However, if you want to export rules, choose Tools → Rules Wizard → Options and select "Export Rules" from the dialog box. You can also import existing rules by selecting "Import Rules" and choosing an RWZ file.
