instruction:
XCAPPDATA files can be created in Xcode using the following steps:
Connect your iPhone and open Xcode.Open Xcode's Organizer window and select the Devices view.
Under your iPhone device, choose Applications, and then select an app from the window.
Click the Download button at the bottom of the window.
You can view the contents of an XCAPPDATA file by right-clicking it and selecting "Show Package Contents."
