A QDF file contains a design used by Quadro, a program that allows users to design and build playsets, karts, and more. It stores a design, which includes components, such as tubes, panels, and connectors that make up the structure. QDF files are used to create a large variety of objects, such as playsets, pools, karts, and locomotives.

QDF file open in Quadro To open a QDF file in Quadro, simply select File → Open.... To save a QDF file in Quadro, select File → Save or Save as.... The QDF file is used to save a model built by a user in Quadro that can be closed and reopened for further editing. After completing the design, the user prints the design and builds it with the necessary Quadro components. NOTE: You can create QDF files from scratch or modify one of the QDF templates available for download from the model database on the Quadro website.

The QDF file is the primary data file saved by Quicken. Other related ".q**" files may be recreated by Quicken as long as the QDF is valid.

Document or electronic form created with Snapform Designer; saves data in a vector-based format that can be zoomed and printed without losing quality; may also contain form fields that can be filled in by the user; similar to the .PDF format, but uses proprietary Ringler Snapform formatting.
