3D model created by NetLogo, a program used for modeling natural and social phenomena, often in academic and research environments; saves the starting parameters of the simulation as well as interactive buttons and source code used to set up and run the model in the 3D space.

NetLogo can be used for creating models that produce emergent behaviors, which are observed phenomena produced by many independently acting agents. For example, animal population cycles and bugs flying in a swarm are examples of emergent phenomena.
