GameSalad for Windows can create games for iOS and Mac OS X, even though the game is developed on Windows. However, to publish the game to the iTunes App Store or Mac App Store, you must still use a Mac with Xcode.
NOTE: GameSalad for Mac OS X uses the .GAMEPROJ extension. You can transfer GameSalad projects between the Windows and Mac versions.
