In Freeway Pro, actions are similar to plugins as they can be installed to add functionality. You can use pre-existing actions or you can write your own to add content into your website that can't be created through Freeway Pro's interface. An action is made up of several components: HTML or JavaScript that will be added to the HTML that Freeway output when you preview or publish your FREEWAY document. "Action script" that determines the placement of the JavaScript or HTML. Script that determines how options appear in the Actions palette.
