Lock file used by AccountEdge Pro, an application that enables you to organize business accounting information; used to secure .MYO files when multiple users are accessing the same company file.

When the MYO company file is accessed by multiple users, the FLK file appears in the same location as the company file. The FLK file is created to allow one user work on the file at a time to avoid duplicate and conflicting editing. FLK files are automatically deleted when you end your session, but if the session ends abruptly, your FLK file may linger. If this happens, delete any FLK file(s) that are in the same location as your MYO company file.
