File created by LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3, a LEGO robot creation program; contains an exported .EV3P program file; includes data such as sounds, images, and My Blocks that tell the robot what functions to perform.

To create the EV3S (by exporting the EV3P file) file, click the wrench icon in the top-left of the Project screen in the application, select your EV3P file, click Export in the bottom of the window, name your file, choose the save location, and click Save. You cannot double-click the file to open it, you must import it. To import the EV3S file, click the wrench icon in the top-left of the Project screen in the application, click Import in the bottom of the window, navigate to your EV3S file, select it, and click Open.
