Pando Incomplete Download File

Classification:Other files
A DOWNLOADING file is a partially downloaded file created by Pando, an Internet file sharing program that operates as a Microsoft Oulook plug-in as well as a desktop application. It saves the progress of the file as it's being downloaded, but the file is not usable until the download is complete.

instruction:

When a download is finished, Pando renames the ".downloading" file extension to the correct target file extension. For example, if you're downloading a .MPG movie file, it will rename ".downloading" to ".mpg," which indicates that the file is ready to be used. If the file still has the ".downloading" extension, you should keep Pando running until it has finished downloading. If your Pando download was interrupted before it was completed, sometimes it is possible to open the partial file by replacing the ".downloading" extension with the target file extension. For example, some audio and video file types will still play a portion of the file, even though they are not yet fully downloaded. NOTE: The DOWNLOADING extension is similar to extension used by other download managers, such as .CRDOWNLOAD, .DOWNLOAD, and .!BT.
