A CDRT file is an image template created by CorelDRAW, an image editing and page layout program. It contains image properties, such as page, ruler, grid, guideline, and style properties, for creating multiple .CDR documents or images. CDRT files are used to create documents such as posters, infographics, logos, social media posts, web pages, business cards, and invitations.

CDRT file open in CorelDRAW 2019 You can create a template from a CDR file when you save it as a template by selecting File → Save as Template.... You can also edit one of Corel's many pre-made templates available online. You can access these templates directly from the application by selecting File - > New from Template.... You can export the CDRT file in CorelDRAW to other more popular formats by selecting File → Export.... CorelDRAW offers a variety of target formats to which you can export the image. You can export the CDRT file to a .JPG, .PNG, or .BMP image, a .PDF document or an .AI Adobe Illustrator drawing.
