CDD files can also contain program code written in a scripting language called ConceptDraw Basic, which allows users to automatically manipulate drawing objects. It is commonly used to automate repetitive tasks. CDD files can be converted to and from .VSD and .VDX files and can also be exported to .PDF files. ConceptDraw is available in Office, MINDMAP, PRO, and PROJECT editions, but only the PRO version opens and saves .CDD files.
