QBO files may be opened manually in QuickBooks by navigating to File → Import → From Web Connect.... NOTE: If you need to convert bank and credit card statement .PDF files to the QBO format you can use the PDF2QBO application developed by ProperSoft, which is available for Windows and OS X users.
