You can export HSC files to XML in HYSYS's Save As dialog. This helps with compatibility for different versions of the software.
NOTE: HSC files are not necessarily backward compatible with previous versions of the HYSYS software. Therefore, be sure to check the documentation before assuming compatibility with new versions of HYSYS.
