instruction:

Scratch is an easy-to-learn programming language that helps young people develop games, animations, and interactive stories. In Scratch, blocks are a visual representation of snippets of code that can be pieced together in the interface to create a script in the programming language. COLORS files are only created and referenced by Scratch 2.0. The files can be saved and loaded using the "Edit Block Colors" menu, which can be accessed by holding the Shift key when clicking the Edit menu. With the menu open, click Load to open a COLORS file or click Save to save a COLORS file. NOTE: If the colors information is saved in a web browser version of Scratch 2.0, it may be saved in a .BIN file.
