A BITSBOARD file contains information used to create educational lessons in Bitsboard, an iOS app used for teaching purposes. BITSBOARD files are used to organize cards that can be used in a variety of games in Bitsboard to help teach users subjects.

You most likely will only encounter a BITSBOARD file if you create a board in Botsboard and export it to Dropbox for sharing purposes. You may also acquire a BITSBOARD file from another user via Dropbox and import it into Bitsboard. When you download classes from the "Catalog" section in Bitsboard, the boards are directly imported into the app. Some examples of games you can create from a board of cards include Photo Touch, Memory Cards, Pop Quiz, Word Builder, and Spelling Bee. The games are helpful for teaching various subjects, such as Math, Language Arts, Foreign Languages, and Biology.
